Questions, Answered

How do I get my business on Google Maps?

Most businesses appear on Google Maps through a Google Business Profile. We check whether your business is eligible and whether a listing already exists, then help you create or claim it and complete it with the right categories, services, hours and photos. Verification is controlled by Google, so we guide you through it but can't decide the outcome.

Someone else created my Google listing. Can I get it back?

Often, yes. Listings created by a former employee, an old agency or Google itself are common. We help you go through Google's process to request access or claim the profile; the final decision rests with Google.

How long does Google Business Profile verification take?

That depends on Google. The verification method and timing vary by business, and Google may ask for extra proof, such as a short video. We help you prepare so the process goes as smoothly as possible, and we get the rest of your profile ready so it's complete once you're verified.

Can I have a Google Business Profile if I work from home or travel to customers?

Many service-area businesses can, as long as they meet Google's eligibility rules, such as serving customers in person. In that case you can usually hide your home address and show the area you serve instead. We review your situation against Google's guidelines before setting anything up.
